Permitting

The Permitting Department provides regulatory services to our clients throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.  With the integration of the Permitting Department, we are able to offer our clients an “all inclusive” service to their planning and permitting needs, which complements our existing Surveying, Engineering, Drafting and G.I.S. services. The Permitting Department is able to oversee the life of a project, from initial planning and site assessment, to the reception of approved applications for permit to drill (APDs), as well as other regulatory services to meet the needs of our clients. Our project managers serve as a central point of contact throughout the project for our clients, as well as for the various regulatory agencies.  We have established relationships with many regulatory agencies in order to assist our clients with their various situations. Our project managers are constantly monitoring changing State and Federal regulations to ensure our clients maintain operational compliance.
